Low Back Pain is regularly described as specific or non-specific. Specific LBP refers to symptoms reason via red flags such as tumor, fracture, cauda equina syndromes, infection etc., which is commonly approximately 10% of Low Back Pain. Most (90%) Low Back Pain are labelled as non- specific due to the fact a particular diagnosis cannot be executed through contemporary radiological means as a result leaving a diagnostic vacuum. Nevertheless, it's been mentioned that majority of nonspecific Low Back Pain originate from the intervertebral disc (50%), facet joints (20%) and SIJ (20%). Generally speaking, Sacroiliac joint disorder refers to pain in the SIJ region that is due to atypical motion in the Sacroiliac joint and it's far divided into intra and extra articular disorder with the intra articular pathologies inclusive of the above stated red flags. Extra articular Sacroiliac joint dysfunction is a ailment of strange joint motion and alignment because of disruption of the posterior ligamentous guide device.
