Toxicokinetics Online Journals
Toxic kinetics is characterized as the passage over the body about a toxic agent or its metabolites ,Toxicokinetics deals with the study of systemic exposure as toxicological experiments. The objective is to quantify the systemic exposure and potentially relate this to toxicology findings. The comparison of toxicology exposure parameters to therapeutically effective exposure parameters gives rise to the idea of a therapeutic window, or the space between efficacy and toxicity. The application of pharmacokinetics to determine the relationship between the systemic exposure of a compound and its toxicity. It is used for primarily as establishing relationships within exposures in toxicology experiments in animals and the corresponding exposures in humans.
