Peyronies disease is a of condition. It is characterized by the development of fibrous plaques. It happens due to the inflammatory reaction of the tunica albuginea of the penile corpora cavernosa. Peyronie’s disease may be caused by numerous factors like cytokines, fibroblasts, and macrophages. Many studies have shown a progressive enhance in occurrence of the disease with age.
