Innate Immunity Scholarly Peer Review Journals
The system comprises both innate and adaptive immune responses. Innate immunity occurs naturally due to genetic factors or physiology; it's not induced by infection or vaccination but works to scale back the workload for the adaptive immune reaction. Both the innate and adaptive levels of the immune reaction involve secreted proteins, receptor-mediated signaling, and complex cell-to-cell communication. The innate system developed early in animal evolution, roughly a billion years ago, as an important response to infection. If the pathogen escapes anatomical barriers acute inflammation occurs and humoral barrier comes into play. Peer review requires a community of experts during a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and ready to perform reasonably impartial review. The top open access journals are peer reviewed scholarly Journal of Clinical & Cellular Immunology. These journal is indexed with all their citations noted. The top open access journal is indexed in MEDLINE, PUBMED, SCOPUS, COPERNICUS, CAS, EBSCO and ISI.
