General Pharmacology Innovations

General Pharmacology word is used to define the procedure of bringing a novel drug to the market once a lead compound has been identified through the procedure of drug discovery. The procedure includes the preclinical research using microorganisms/animals and clinical trials on humans and may also include the step of marketing the drug with narrow approval. Before any clinical trials, the researchers file an Investigational novel Drug (IND) application with the FDA. The purpose includes the preclinical work consequences, the candidate drug's chemical structure and how it is thought to work in the body, a listing of any type of  side effects and information on manufacturing. An innovation is something original, new, and important in whatever field that breaks in to a market or society".
