Enzyme Journals
Enzymes are biological molecules (proteins) that extensively fasten the rate of virtually all of the chemical reactions that take place within cells. They act as biological catalysts. They are fundamental for life and serve a wide range of important functions in the body, such as aiding in digestion and metabolism. Enzymes are not reactants and they are not used up during any chemical reaction. Once an enzyme binds to a substrate and catalyzes (accelerate) the reaction, then the enzyme is released, unchanged, and can be used for another reaction. Enzyme Journal is designed to bring together research aimed at wide range of fields in its discipline to create a platform for the authors to make their contribution towards the journal and the International Editorial Board offers peer reviewing for the submitted manuscripts to ensure quality. The published papers are made highly visible to the scientific community through a wide indexing policy freely available through online without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to researchers worldwide.
