Bacillus Anthracis Journals

Bacillus anthracis is a spore-forming aerobic bacterium that causes disease in humans and animals. It causes anthrax—a common disease of livestock and, sporadically, of humans—and the only obligates pathogen within the genus Bacillus. This disease can be classified as a zoonosis, causing infected animals (carriers) to transmit the disease to humans. The bacteria are found in two forms: inhalation anthrax and cutaneous anthrax. Cutaneous anthrax is a disease of the skin caused by direct contact with the bacterium. Anthrax differs from most bacteria in that they exist in inactive (dormant) state called spores. The spores are found in soil, animal carcasses and animal products (e.g., hides and wool) and feces (including sheep, goats, cattle, bison, horses, and deer). Bacillus anthracis Journal is designed to bring together research aimed at wide range of fields in its discipline to create a platform for the authors to make their contribution towards the journal and the editorial office promises peer reviewing for the submitted manuscripts to ensure quality. The published papers are made highly visible to the scientific community through a wide indexing policy freely available through online without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to researchers worldwide.
