Robotic-surgery-Group-Journals

A robotic surgical procedure improved to overcome the limitations of pre-existing minimally-invasive surgical procedures and also to improve the capabilities of surgeons performing open surgery. In case of robotically-assisted minimally-invasive surgery, direct telemanipulator or through computer control is used by the surgeons. In Robotic surgery, remote manipulator allows the surgeon to perform the normal movements associated with the surgery. The robotic arms carry out movements using end-effectors and manipulators to perform the actual surgery. In computer-controlled system, computer is used to control the robotic arms and its end-effectors, though these systems use remote manipulators for their input. An advantage of this method is surgeon does not have to be present, which leads to the possibility for remote surgery.
