And this science is relating to the detection, collection, monitoring, assessment and prevention of adverse effects with pharmaceutical products. The pharmacovigilance mainly focuses on the adverse drug reactions or ADRs which defines as the intended response of a drug, it includes the efficacy. There are some side effects and medication errors with the use these drugs, the effects are like overdose, abuse of drugs and drug exposure during pregnancy, breastfeeding.
