Overweight In Medical Students

Obesity is emerging as a severe problem throughout the world, not individual among adults but also children, teenagers and young adults. Of the influences contributing to obesity, stress appears to be particularly significant as stressful disorder leads to indiscretion in diet; lack of exercise and addiction, each being measured an independent factor important to obesity. Medical education is stressful through the whole course of training. The amount of substantial to be absorbed, social isolation, pressure of examination, differences between expectation and authenticity all can be anticipated to bring psychological stress. Hence, this training was undertaken to find out the prevalence of overweight and heaviness among undergraduate medical learners
