Neuro-immunology Peer-Review Journals
It is characterized by the combination field of neuroscience, nervous system and immunology study, and immune system study. Neuroimmunologists who study the interactions of these two complex mechanisms when forming, homeostasizing and reacting to injuries for a better understanding. Neural targets that regulate thermogenesis, sleep, behavior and mood may be impaired by pro-inflammatory cytokines produced during infection by activated macrophages and monocytes. In the central nervous system cytokine production was observed only as a result of brain damage, while in neurodegenerative processes viral and bacterial infections were observed. Immune cells and neuroimmune molecules such as chemokines, cytokines, and growth factors that inflect brain function via multiple lifespan signaling pathways.
