Gene Mapping Review Articles
Gene mapping is the sequential allocation of loci to relative position on a chromosome. Genetic map is species-specific and comprised of genomic markers and/or genes and the genetic distance between each marker. These distance is calculated based on the frequency of chromosome crossovers occurring during meiosis, and not on their physical location on the chromosome. These journal is indexed with all their citations noted. Integrating genetic mapping and disease gene mapping with next-generation sequencing has proven to be a powerful strategy in genetic research.OMICS Group International peer-review policies are highly appreciated, accepted and adaptable to the standards that are prescribed by the international agencies like NIH, PubMed etc. OMICS Group International also organizes 3000+ International Scientific Conferences per annum globally. The top open access journal is indexed in MEDLINE, PUBMED, SCOPUS, COPERNICUS, CAS, EBSCO and ISI.
