End-of-life care requires a range of decisions, including questions of palliative care, patients' right to self-determination, medical experimentation, and the ethics of medical interventions. In addition to end-of-life often touches upon rationing and the allocation of resources in hospitals and national medical systems. Such decisions are informed at technical, medical considerations, economic factors and as well as bioethics. In addition, end-of-life treatments are a subject to considerations of patient autonomy. End-of-life care includes the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support for patients and their families.
