Tourism is a dynamic and competitive industry that requires the ability to adapt the changing needs and desires. There are two elements which play a major role in Tourism industry known as direct elements and indirect elements. Direct elements are those which comes into contact with tourists Sales, Accommodation, Transport, Activities, Attractions, and Ancillary Services. Where as Indirect elements are called as support sectors that are been part of the tourism industry does not come into direct contact with tourists, but without them rest of the industry could not function properly and it results in the lack of Impact Factor.These online journals are mainly consists of research work and publish these Articles to the Editorial Board system.
