Cholecystectomy

Chronic complications of symptomatic gallstone disease such as Mirizzi’s syndrome are not widely distributed. The grades and significance of these conditions are associated with their surgical significance which are potentially serious such as bile duct injury and to the modern management when encountered while laparoscopic cholecystectomy. It is one of the often performed processes today and is now also regarded gold standard technique in the treatment of symptomatic cholelithiasis. Although large and traumatic sections have been replaced by four small 5-mm and 10-mm regions, many surgeons continue to search for even less incursive techniques. The deduction of surgical trauma has the potential gain of causing less postoperative pain, reducing convalescence time, and producing better aesthetic results. some techniques have been detailed with these objectives.
