Allergic Rhinitis Peer-review Journals

Allergic rhinitis is defined as a symptomatic disorder of the nose, induced after allergen exposure due to an immunoglobulin (Ig) E-mediated inflammation of the membranes lining the nose. It is often linked to other atopic diseases such as food allergy, atopic dermatitis or asthma. Seasonal rhinitis is caused by aeroallergens like pollens while the persistent form is usually induced by mites, mold, and dander.
