Role of food proteins in food.
Proteins are form up of building blocks knows as amino acids. There are about 20 different amino acids that connect in different combinations. Your body makes them to form new proteins, such as bones and muscle, and other compounds such as enzymes and hormones. Protein is a nutrient your body needs to build up and repair cells and to work properly. Protein is found a wide range of food and it’s major that you get enough protein in your food every day. How much protein you need from your diet varies depending on your weight, gender lifetime and health. Meeting your protein needs is easily reached from eating a nutriment of foods.
