Peer Review Process
Journal of Food Technology and Preservation accepts papers on the discoveries and current novel developments in Food Technology, Food Preservation and the other related fields in the form of original articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, mini reviews, commentaries, perspectives, opinions, editorials, editor notes, image articles etc. It is an open access journal where all published articles are made freely available through online without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to universal researchers.
Every submitted manuscript is initially sent for preliminary quality control check by editorial office followed by external peer review process. Usually, preliminary quality control check completes within 2 days and checking is done majorly with reference to plagiarism, redundant publication, journal formatting, English and journal scope.
Journal of Food Technology and Preservation follows a single blinded peer review process where our expert reviewer provides comments on the quality and content of the submitted articles.
