Food Technology and Processing in the Major Industry for the Development of Health, Basic Need and Daily Use of Daily Life, Global Poverty and Hunger in the Developing Countries of the World like South Asia Particularly in Pakistan

The aims of presentation consist of food technology, processing, health, life, financial crises, global poverty and hunger were studied and reported that Food Technology and processing in the major industry for the Development of health, basic need and daily use of daily life, reduce financial crises, global poverty and hunger in the developing countries of the world like South Asia particularly in Pakistan. The study reported that Food technology is related with the major food nutrients like Carbohydrates,, lipids and protiens which are found in plant and animal cellsThese nutrients are not only necessary for the development of health and daily use of life but in the absence of these nutrients life is almost impossible in the world like South Asia particularly in Pakistan. In other world. Food science is the study of the physical, biological and chemical makeup of food, the causes of food deterioration and the concepts underlying food processing. Similarly, Food scientists and technologists apply scientific disciplines including chemistry, engineering, microbiology and nutrition to study the food to improve the safety, nutrition, wholesomeness and availability of In other word Food science is the main branch of agriculture consist of different industries. Food scientists develop ways to process, preserve, packages and/or store food according to industry and government specifications and regulations. The total number of countries are available in the world are 224, consist of 49 developed countries, 149 developing countries, 4 observers states, 8 state with partial recognition and 14 unrecognized states but the South Asia comprises the countries of Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal and Sri-Lanka South Aisa is about one fifth of the world’s population, which is considered as the most densely populated region in the world. In the light of the above study, the industry of Food technology and processing should be commercialized for the development of health, basic need and daily use of life, absorbing millions of technical and non-technical people, like engineers, doctors, agriculturist etc, generate income, create employment, increase the job, stronger economy, reduce financial crises, global poverty and hunger in the developing countries of the world like South Asia particularly in Pakistan.
