Strategic management refers to the preparation and implementation of the goals. The initiatives are taken by a plan of action top managers on the interest of owners, based on consideration of resources. Strategic management provides the whole direction to an enterprise and involves specifying organizations of objectives. The developing policies and plans to achieve those objectives, and then allocating resources to implement the plans. In academics, the director developed a number of models and structures to assist in strategic decision-making in the context of the complex circle and competitive dynamics. Strategic management is not static nature but this includes feedback to monitor activity and to inform the next round of planning.
