Spinal cord is the central organ is characterized by the human body. It carries the weight of upper limb and it is solely responsible for the straight and intact alignment ,In case that the discs which results in proper walking and standing of human body. Those who are involved in sports activities are commonly are prone to spine injury as they have to do several rigorous physical activities. Many therapists are there who work for the sports person, therefore has to keep them fit and avoid any kind of spinal injury. Sports medicine (or Sport and Exercise medicine) is identified medical specialty (with related training and standards to other medical specialties).
