Shoulder Arthroscopic Debridement
Twenty-five patients experienced arthroscopic debridement to treat early glenohumeral osteoarthritis. The gathering comprised of 19 men and 6 ladies with a normal age of 46 years (run, 27 to 72 years.) The usable system comprised of lavage of the glenohumeral joint, debridement of labral tears and chondral sores, free body evacuation, and fractional synovectomy and subacromial bursectomy. Follow-up found the middle value of 34 months, with a scope of 12 to 63 months. In general, results were appraised as brilliant in 2 patients (8%), great in 19 patients (72%), and unacceptable in 5 (20%).
