Primer-Walking Peer-review Journals

Journals that include information regarding primer walking is understood as primer walking journal. That information may include articles, research papers, reports, etc. so basically these journals include all the knowledge and techniques specific to primer walking. The technique that is used to sequence DNA in the center of 1.3 kilobases and 7 kilobases. Primer walking may be a method to work out the sequence of DNA up to the 1.3–7.0 kb range whereas chromosome walking is employed to supply the clones of already known sequences of the gene. Chromosome walking may be a technique wont to clone a gene (e.g., disease gene) from its known closest markers (e.g., known gene) and hence is employed in moderate modifications in cloning and sequencing projects in plants, fungi, and animals. In another words, it's wont to identify, isolate, and clone a specific sequence present in close vicinity of the gene to be mapped.
