Physical Activity Review Articles
Physical activity is defined as movement of body produced by skeletal muscles which requires expenditure of energy. Regular physical activity helps to improve your overall health and fitness of the body there by reduces your risk for many chronic diseases. Physical activity depends on the extent to which they make you breathe harder and your heart beat faster.
Articles published by the journal include (but not limited to) physical activity epidemiology, measurement of physical activity, interventions related to physical activity, physical activity and chronic disease, meta-analyses of physical activity research, and studies related to mediators and/or moderators of physical activity behavior.
