Medical and nursing students experience a wide range of situations during their undergraduate education, mainly during clinical placements. The student narrates the unprofessional behaviour among healthcare professionals regarding patient treatment. The narratives concerned both the formal and the hidden curriculum, i.e., what is included in the profession and what is not. Students manage their experiences by talking to trusted peers or supervisors to use these situations. Despite these the knowledge, experiences, and condand students need to be aware that students might experience difficult situations in needy time for reflection and support. Nurses works under the full scope of practice as part of an interdisciplinary team can enable more integrated, efficient and accessible healthcare
