Neurofibromatosis Scientific Journals
Neurofibromatosis is a genetic disorder this causes tumors to form on a nerve tissue. These tumors can develop anywhere in nervous system, including brain, spinal cord and nerves. Neurofibromatosis is usually analyzed in childhood or early adulthood. It is the medical condition in which there is a high risk of tumour formation. And this tumor formation is mostly cantered in the brain. It is a division of autosomal dominant disorder. In this is a type of disorder single gene is enough to develop the disorder. In case if one of the parents has this disorder, and then the children have 50% chances of being affected by the disorder or developing that disorder. There are three types of neurofibromatosis disorder, they are consist of neurofibromatosis type I, neurofibromatosis type II and schwannomatosis.
