Mining Articles Open Access
Mining is the extraction of precious minerals or geological materials. Mining is done by using two digging types: Surface mining and sub-surface mining. After excavation, the mineral is processed using various techniques like Extractive metallurgy and Mineral processing. There are a lot of environmental issues like erosion, loss of biodiversity and ground water contamination by chemicals from mining Methods. Many companies are now forced to follow good environmental standards. Open access to the scientific literature means the exclusion of barriers (including price barriers) from accessing scholarly work. There are two parallel “roads” towards open access: Open Access articles and self-archiving. Open Access articles are immediately, freely accessible on their Web site, a model mostly funded by charges paid by the author (usually through a research grant).
