Levodopa is taken into account one among the foremost important medication for parkinson symptoms control, it also first line agent for elderly and patients who symptoms don’t control with other agents. However, it's several drug and nutrition interactions. a couple of case of levodopa enteral nutrition has been reported.
The response to levodopa (LR) is vital for managing Parkinson’s Disease and is measured with clinical scales before (OFF) and after (ON) levodopa. The aim of this study was to determine whether an ambulatory wearable device could predict the LR from the response to the primary morning dose. The ON and OFF scores classification problem consistent with whether or not they fell below or above the edge for every class. Candidate features were extracted from the PKG data and matched to the category labels.

 The resulting model predicted a clinically significant LR with a neighborhood under the receiver operator curve of 0.92. This study shows that ambulatory data might be wont to identify a clinically significant response to levodopa. This study has also identified practical steps that might enhance the reliability of this test in future studies.
