G-Quadruplexes Research Articles
G-Quadrupleaxes is the science which deals with the molecular biology, the secondary structure of G-quadruplex are formed in nucleic acid by sequence of guanine in rich. They contain guanine threads in the helical shape that can form one, two or four strands. Sometimes unimolecular structure occurs often at the ends of the chromosomes and often known as the telomeric regions and transcriptional regulatory regions in microbes across vertebrates. The structure of quadruplex further stabilize with the presence of a cation and especially potassium that helps to set in the central channel between pair of tetrads. They usually formed by the DNA, RNA, LNA, PNA and may by the biomolecular, intramolecular or may be tetramolecular in structure.
