Generalized Anxiety Disorders Peer-review Journals
A mental health disorder symptomised by feelings of worry, anxiety or fear which are abnormal with one's daily activities. People experience hypervigilance, restlessness, lack of concentration, racing thoughts, or unwanted thoughts, fatigue Most Commonly anxiety, excessive worry, fear, feeling of impending doom, insomnia, nausea, palpitations, or trembling. Self care is must. Avoid alcohol, Reduce caffeine intake, Physical exercise, quitting smoking. Exercise which is a key for maintaining mental fitness and reduce stress. Studies reveal that it is very effective at reducing fatigue, improving alertness and concentration, and enhancing overall cognitive function. This helpful when stress has depleted your energy or ability to concentrate.
