Executive Management Impact Factor
Executive management is the highest level of management in an organization responsible for planning, leading and controlling a business. Senior managers may report to a chairman and board of directors. Alternatively, they may report a level lower to the Chief Executive Officer or the president of an organization. The Executive Management is responsible for presenting proposals for the company’s overall objective, strategies and action plans. The journal is aimed to publish accessible articles about important issues concerning management and business. A distinctive aspect of Executive management articles is a focus on empirical evidence rather than the development of theory. The impact factor of journal provides quantitative estimation tool to grade, evaluate, sort and compare journals of similar kind. It reflects the average number of citations to recent articles published in science and social science journals in a particular year or period, and is commonly used as a proxy for the relative significance of a journal within its field.
