This Journal describes the otolaryngology endoscopy and diagnosis techniques which is a nonsurgical practice and utilized to view the patient digestive path. The otolaryngology endoscopy techniques are used to prospect the digestive tract with the help of light and camera joined to it. The changing angles of the patient’s body can be imaged at comfort using the Otolaryngology techniques. Digestive endoscopy participates multiple role in bariatric surgery: appraisal of patient, endoscopic treatment of surgical ramification and most latest advancement of bariatric endoscopy. Appraisal of patient is important as bariatric surgery request valuation of GI tract and eradication if necessary of Helicobacter pylori infection. Bariatric surgical patients are portion of multidisciplinary protocol.
