Embryonic Stem Cells Open Access Journal
Embryonic stem cells are derived from the blastocyst inner cell mass and an early stage pre implementation of embryo. These are the pluripotent stem cells. The human embryos takes 4 to 5 days post fertilization to reach the embryos, at which they consist of a 50 to 150 cells. Destruction of the blastocyst takes place with the isolation of the inner cell mass, this is a process in which ethical issues raises including pre implanting stage have considered for embryos in the post implantation of development of embryonic stem cell. Currently new researches are going to focusing on the therapeutic potential of embryonic stem cell.
