Journal of Economics and Business: Studies in Corporate and Financial Behaviour. The Journal publishes in high quality research papers in all the fields of finance and in closely related fields of economics. The Journal was interested in both theoretical and applied research with an emphasis on topics in corporate finance, financial markets and institutions, and investments. Research in real estate, insurance, monetary theory and policy, and industrial organization was also welcomed. Papers that deal with the relationship between the financial structure of firms and the industrial structure of the product market are especially encouraged. It is invaluable to anyone with an active interest in the economic issues and it is a key source for professional economists in higher education, business, government and the financial sector who want to keep the abreast of current thinking in economics.
