Depression Journal
Despondency is a condition of low state of mind and antipathy for action. It can influence an individual's musings, conduct, inspiration, emotions, and feeling of prosperity. It might include pity, trouble in deduction and fixation and a huge increment or reduction in craving and time spent dozing. Individuals encountering wretchedness may have sentiments of sadness, misery and, in some cases, self-destructive musings. It can either be present moment or long term.
