Candida Albicans Journals
Candida albicans is opportunistic pathogenic yeast a part of the natural microflora of the GI tract, skin, and vagina, and don't cause disease. It can also survive outside the human body. It is seen in the gastrointestinal tract and mouth in 40–60% of healthy. Conditions, such as taking a long course of antibiotics or having a weakened immunity can increase the risk of developing a Candida infection. The 3 major types of infections caused by Candida albicans are: oropharyngeal candidiasis, vulvovaginal (genital) candidiasis, and invasive candidiasis (candidemia). It can cause severe and possible life-threatening infections in the mouth, blood and other tissues of people who are undergoing cancer chemotherapy or radiation therapies, or who have developed AIDS or other diseases that affects the immunity of the individual. Candida Albicans Journal is designed to bring together research aimed at wide range of fields in its discipline to create a platform for the authors to make their contribution towards the journal and the editorial office promises peer reviewing for the submitted manuscripts to ensure quality. The published papers are made highly visible to the scientific community through a wide indexing policy freely available through online without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to researchers worldwide.
