Cancer Genetics Review Article

Cancer genetics involves the detailed study of mutations at the molecular level. Cancer is simply due to the mutations at the genetic level, commonly known as genetic disorder. In this condition the cells suffer from a uncontrolled growth of cell division. These mutation cans be acquired or may occur in somatic cells. Somatic cell mutations cannot be inherited while germ line mutations are inherited. Review articles are the summary of current state of understanding on a specific research topic. They analyse or discuss research previously published by scientist and academicians instead of reporting novel research results. Review article comes within the sort of systematic reviews and literature reviews and are a sort of secondary literature. Systematic reviews determine an objective list of criteria, and find all previously published original research papers that meet the standards.
