Journal of Food Science and Nutrition publishes high-quality original articles, reviews, and editorials addressing all aspects of Food Science and Nutrition. It delivers timely interpretations of key scientific developments in Nutrition & Food Biotechnology related areas of study. Known personalities with expertise and published studies in a specific field are invited to write reviews and editorials in our journal. Un-invited reviews will also be accepted if written by experts with publications in the field.
Manuscripts submitted to the journal will be accepted on the understanding that the author has not previously submitted the paper to another journal or had the material published elsewhere.
