Biography:

Sara Fouad Khan has been completed his studies in the Department of Microbiology, Tanta University, Gharbia Governorate, Egypt. Research interests are Food science, Human Nutrition and Nutrition Sciences. Also wrote an article entitled "Food borne illness."
