Biography:

Rena I Kosti has been completed her studies in Laboratory of Hygiene, School of Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Also wrote a paper entitled "Olive semidrying process: oleuropein degradation in relation to sensory bitterness.". Research interests are Food hygiene, Medical hygiene and technologies.
