Ponka Roger has been completed his studies in the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and By-products, ISS, University of Maroua, PO Box 46 Maroua, Cameroon. Research interests are Agriculture and Forestry. Also wrote a research article entitled "Effect of three drying methods on the physicochemical composition of three varieties of onion (Allium cepa L).".
