Mbofung Carl Moses has been completed his studies in the dDepartment of Food Science and Nutrition, ENSAI, University of Ngaoundere, PO Box 686 Ngaoundere, Cameroon. Research interests are Food science and Nutrition. Also wrote a research article entitled "Effect of three drying methods on the physicochemical composition of three varieties of onion (Allium cepa L)."
