Biography:

Abdul-Mutalib NA has been completed her studies in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Federal University of Technology, Owerri. P.M.B. 1526 Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. Research interests are Nutrition Sciences and Agriculture. Also wrote a research article entitled "Prevalence of spoilage microorganism, Pseudomonas spp. on restaurants cutting boards collected in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia.".
