Biography:

Adnan Khaliq is currently working as Assistant Professor at Department of Food Science & Technology, Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT), Rahim Yar Khan. He also worked as HOD/ Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in Institute of Human Nutrition and Dietetics and visiting Faculty in NUR International University, Lahore. He completed his Ph.D. Food Technology from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad and also worked in Department of Food Science, Nelson Hall, Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN-USA.
