Schizophrenia Research Articles
Schizophrenia is a significant mental disorder during which individuals interpret reality abnormally. It may end in some combination of hallucinations, delusions, and very disordered thinking and behavior that impairs daily functioning and may be disabling. People with schizophrenia require lifelong treatment. Early treatment for Schizophrenia may help get symptoms under control before serious complications develop and may help improve the long-term outlook. The COVID-19 outbreak may profoundly impact population mental health because of exposure to substantial psycho-social stress. In recent years there has been a surge of interest and corresponding accumulation of data about the role of sleep disturbance in schizophrenia.
