A risk assessment is not about creating a huge amounts of paperwork, but also used to identify the sensible measures to control the level of risks. Control measures do not have to be assessed separately but these are considered as part of an extension to overall risk assessment. It is the most important aspect in Defense Management. This journal is used to share the research on author's scholarly work and research in the same field. The work may be accepted with revisions that are rejected. This Peer review process requires a community of experts in a given field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review.
