Financial markets attract funds from depositor and channel them to corporations—they thus allow corporations to finance their business and achieve growth. It plays an essential role in allocating partial resources, in the country's economy. A company can raise money by selling shares to financier and its existing shares can be bought or sold. Financial procedure and strategies of company are related with the raising and use of funds. Stock market, bond market, commodities market, derivatives market are different types of financial markets. Marketing is dependable for helping the organization obtain and keep profitable customers and therefore relate its functions directly to cash flow. Functions of finance marketing price determination, funds Mobilization, liquidity, risk sharing, easy access, reduction in transaction costs and provision of the Information and capital formation. Review article comes in the form of systematic reviews and literature reviews and are a form of secondary literature. Precise reviews determine an objective list of criteria, and find all previously published original research papers that meet the criteria. They then compare the results introduced in these papers. Literature reviews, on the other hand, provide a summary of what the authors believe are the best and generally pertinent earlier publications.
