Journal of Pollution is a multifaceted, open access journal that seeks papers reporting original, novel research that addresses major environmental pollution (effects and prevention/control) issues and problems and contribute knowledge. Pollutants can be either foreign substances/energies or naturally occurring contaminants which are of two types gases and particulate matter (tiny solids suspended in air). Humans are also regularly harmed by pollution. About 3 million humans die per year due to air pollution. Long-term contact to air pollution, can lead to chronic respiratory disease, lung cancer, pneumonia and heart diseases. The editors welcome high quality papers where the pollutants are clearly defined and measured and can be directly related to ecological, biological, and human health effects. Environmentalists are invited to contribute their submissions towards the journal that assure peer review by International Editorial Board to ensure high quality.
