Physical Exercise Scholarly Peer-review Journal
Physical exercise is that the performance of some activity so as to develop or maintain fitness and overall health. It’s often directed toward also honing athletic ability or skill. Exercises are generally grouped into three types counting on the general effect they need on the human body: Flexibility exercises like stretching improve the range of motion of muscles and joints; aerobic exercises like walking and running specialise in increasing cardiovascular endurance; and anaerobic exercises like weight training, functional training or sprinting increase short-term muscle strength.
