Physical Activity Scientific Journals
Physical activity is defined as movement of body produced by skeletal muscles which requires expenditure of energy. Regular physical activity helps to improve your overall health and fitness of the body there by reduces your risk for many chronic diseases. Physical activity depends on the extent to which they make you breathe harder and your heart beat faster.
